Orders that have already been shipped from our headquarters cannot be canceled. We cannot accommodate requests for credit on orders that have been refused by the recipient or are undeliverable because of an incorrect international address.
If your package does not arrive and it has not been insured, we cannot be held accountable and cannot refund your money however if this does happen please let us know and we can contact Australia post to let them know the parcel has not arrived. Australia post supports limited claims for lost parcels. We cannot be held responsible for damages to product during shipping. In my own experience, parcels rarely go missing or get damaged but it does happen!
